Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing PropX. As an enterprise B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, our pricing models reflect committed cloud server resources, AI model token allocations, dedicated workspace setups, and continuous infrastructure maintenance. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy thoroughly before purchasing or renewing your subscription.

1. Subscription Cancellation Protocol

Cancellation Timing: You may cancel your PropX subscription at any time prior to your next recurring billing cycle through your admin portal or by emailing info@propxsolutions.com.

Effect of Cancellation: Upon requesting cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Your account will not automatically renew at the next billing date.

2. SaaS Subscription Refund Policy

No Refunds on Active Subscriptions: All subscription fees, user license fees, recurring add-on charges, and setup fees paid to PropX are strictly non-refundable.

Partial Period Usage: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused subscription days, reduced seat counts, or unutilized AI credits mid-cycle.

Evaluation Demos: We offer interactive product demonstrations and technical consultations prior to onboarding to ensure PropX fits your business requirements before financial commitments are made.

3. Custom Development & Professional Services Policy

Non-Refundable Custom Services: All setup fees, customization charges, bespoke development fees, milestone-based payments, and implementation costs for Professional Services (under an executed Statement of Work) are strictly non-refundable once engineering work or project kickoff has commenced.

Outstanding SOW Obligations: Cancellation of an active SaaS subscription does not relieve Customer of the obligation to pay outstanding balances or remaining milestone invoices owed for custom development work completed or in progress under an executed SOW.

4. Billing Errors & Support Troubleshooting

If you encounter technical issues, system errors, or setup challenges:

  • Contact our support team at info@propxsolutions.com with your workspace ID and technical details. Our engineering team will review your ticket to resolve the issue promptly.
  • In the rare event that an accidental duplicate charge occurs due to a payment gateway processing failure, please notify info@propxsolutions.com within 7 business days. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded directly to the original payment method.
